The Express Entry pool ranks candidates in the pool based on many factors including:

Category A:

o be eligible for streams under this category, the applicant needs a valid full-time job offer from an employer in Nova Scotia

Category B:

To be eligible under this category, a candidate does not need a job offer but must have valid experience in one of the in-demand occupations in the province.
The Prospective Marriage Visa (Subclass 300) is for individuals who want to get married to an Australian citizen/ permanent resident or an eligible New Zealand citizen. Under this visa category, the applicant can stay in Australia for nine months, during which he/she must marry the prospective partner. Once you are married, you may apply for a partner visa which will lead to your Australia PR status.
Applicants who come to Australia under Subclass 300 visa category can apply for a full-time job or study in these 9 months at their own expense

Nova Scotia Experience: Express Entry

The Nova Scotia Experience stream is for highly skilled individuals with at least one year of work experience in a high-skilled occupation in Nova Scotia. Aligned with the Express Entry program, eligible candidates applying under this program enjoy expedited processing of their immigration applications.

Nova Scotia Skilled Worker

Under this stream, employers can recruit foreign workers and recently graduated international students with the right skills required in Nova Scotia. Those who receive a job offer from an employer can then submit their application through this stream to facilitate their immigration process.

Nova Scotia Entrepreneur

The Nova Scotia Entrepreneur stream allows experienced business owners or senior business managers to invest and manage a business in the province. To be eligible under this stream, applicants must have a significant net worth and required business management experience. After successfully operating their business in Nova Scotia for a year, applicants may be nominated for permanent resident status.

Nova Scotia International Graduate Entrepreneur

The International Graduate Entrepreneur Stream targets recent graduates from universities and colleges of Nova Scotia who bought or started a business in the province and operated it for at least one year. Candidates who meet the eligibility requirements may qualify for a provincial nomination through this stream.

Nova Scotia Labour Market Priorities

This stream is for Express Entry candidates with work experience in extremely high-demand positions in Nova Scotia. Currently, the Nova Scotia Labour Market Priorities Stream is only accepting applications from Early Childhood Educators and Assistants (NOC 4214).
