The Prospective Marriage Visa (Subclass 300) is for individuals who want to get married to an Australian citizen/ permanent resident or an eligible New Zealand citizen. Under this visa category, the applicant can stay in Australia for nine months, during which he/she must marry the prospective partner. The Saskatchewan Entrepreneur and Farm is for individuals with business management experience and ready to launch a new business endeavour in Saskatchewan. The entrepreneurial stream targets general entrepreneurs with business proposals in various sectors and the farm owner and operator stream for entrepreneurs in the farming sector.
